scChat: A Large Language Model-Powered Co-Pilot for Contextualized Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Analysis

Published in Preprint, 2024

We introduce scChat, a pioneering AI assistant designed for contextualized scRNA-seq analysis. Unlike existing tools that focus on standard tasks like cell annotation, scChat offers advanced capabilities, including research context-based analysis of experimental outcomes and suggestions for next-step experimental design.

A comprehensive single cell data analysis of lymphoblastoid cells reveals the role of super‐enhancers in maintaining EBV latency

Published in Journal of Medical Virology, 2022

This study delves into the lifecycle of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) using single-cell RNA sequencing data from nine lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCLs). While most cells were in the latent phase, two distinct clusters emerged, characterized by the high expression of EBV genes LMP1/BNLF2 and BZLF1.
