Photo-click Decellularized Matrix Hydrogels for Generating Pancreatic Ductal Organoids

We demonstrate that photo-clickable dSIS–norbornene (dSIS-NB) hydrogels can replace Matrigel to generate human iPSC-derived pancreatic ductal organoids, and that matrix stiffness is a key determinant of ductal fate.
